Damaged packages received via carrier should NOT be accepted. If you have accepted a damaged shipment and find one of your products to be malfunctioning you have 48 hours to contact our team and we will facilitate an exchange with our vendor.

All Returns must be unopened and submitted within 14 days of receiving the devices.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tags expire 10 business days after issuance and will not be reissued.

CinTech Solutions will not accept returns for any item which has been used in a way which violates the manufacturer warranties. All determinations on acceptance or rejection of returns which have been used in a way which violates manufacturer warranty policies are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and CinTech Solutions.

Exchange Requirements for Defective Devices:
All Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) items must be returned within 14 days of the receipt of your original order, using the RMA call tag provided to you by CinTech Solutions, or the returned item(s) will not be accepted. RMA tags expire 10 business days after issuance and will not be reissued.

All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and include all accessories. (Devices not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% fee or $200 (whichever is lower).

All repairs/returns/exchanges outside of 14 days must go through the manufacturer.

ASUS and Dell devices must go through the manufacturer directly.
